Back in 2018, C2C provided design-build services for the renovation of Hamilton College’s practice facility. Our C2C team upgraded the space with curtain walls, windows, and steel support to reinforce the existing structure. C2C completed the construction for Accelerate Sports Complex in Whiteboro, New York back in 2014. The 104,000 sf Butler Building provided a multi-purpose sports complex featuring indoor turf soccer/lacrosse/baseball field with a 4-lane suspended running track overlooking the field.??Other indoor spaces include three full-size multi-purpose courts lined for basketball, volleyball and other sports, nine 70’ long batting cages, four pitching lanes with mounds, a locker room with shower facilities, a pro shop, a fitness center, a team conference room, and a café/juice bar. We’re proud to share completion photos of the Raquette Lake Fire Department’s new firehouse! This state-of-the-art facility features 4 spacious bays, designed to house 2 fire trucks, a rescue vehicle, and an ambulance — all to support the brave first responders in our community.

Our C2C team recently helped the owner manager construction for their new home. This 6,800 sf custom waterfront home, with a complete fully finished walk out basement and a three stall garage, features a primary suite with beautifully tiled and glass bathroom, three additional bedrooms, and an expansive great room with office loft. Also included is a large custom kitchen, a bar/entertainment room, and a 600 sf timber framed covered porch and deck! Glad to have helped the Cohens with this spectacular home!

Our C2C team recently completed design-build services at the historic Old Forge library for a wood framed addition to access the basement with an outdoor equipment storage room. Our design build team took the concept and developed in house drawings to blend with the existing exterior. The project was started in mid-September and completed by the end of October. We are proud to have delivered another project for the Old Forge Library!
