A few months ago, we had the privilege of welcoming Danny Jackson to the C12 Mid-Atlantic family. Danny now serves as the Chair in the Goldsboro, NC area where he brings his extensive experience as a former President/CEO of Jackson & Sons, a leading HVAC service provider in eastern North Carolina. Danny's leadership has always been rooted in a commitment to service, which is evident in his numerous community roles: President of the Tuscarora Council of Boy Scouts, Fire Chief of the Indian Springs Fire Department, and Mayor of the Village of Walnut Creek, among others. Danny’s heart for leadership is driven by his life verse, Philippians 4:8, and he is passionate about helping business leaders build not just successful companies, but also thriving communities. Last month, we had the privilege of welcoming Doug Hagedorn, PhD, MBA to the C12 community! Doug now serves as a C12 Chair for Business Forums in the Virginia Beach/Norfolk region, passionately mentoring and guiding Christian business leaders. Doug's extensive experience spans leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies like Raytheon and Texas Instruments. His operations, leadership, and strategy expertise have made him a sought-after mentor and coach, particularly in aerospace and defense, supply chain management, and discipleship. In addition to his corporate experience, Doug co-founded a K-12 private school, authored three books, and created online leadership courses. He is deeply committed to helping others discover their purpose, as reflected in his life verse: “He must increase; I must decrease” (John 3:30).
