As the contractor on this incredible HVAC renovation project, we're honored to be a part of preserving such a historically significant building. Working within the guidelines of the National Park Service is a responsibility we take great pride in. It's a privilege to help ensure this iconic landmark continues to stand for generations to come, while also contributing to the sustainability and future of the building. Congratulations on securing the grant—excited to see this project continue! #HistoricRenovation #NationalParkService #generalcontractor
On behalf of our Historic Landmark Building (HLB), we're thankful to have received a grant from the National Park Service's Save America’s Treasures program to support our HVAC renovation project. ????? Our beloved building is a cornerstone of Philadelphia’s founding story, an iconic example of Philadelphia's Victorian-Gothic style architecture by renowned architects, and a vital part of the lives of countless artists who have passed through its doors. We're especially excited because this puts us halfway to our challenge grant. We want it to be around for another 150 years and more!! The National Park Service has awarded $25.7 million in Save America’s Treasures grants for 59 preservation projects across 26 states and D.C., marking the program’s 25th anniversary, with over $405 million awarded since 1999 and nearly $50 million in additional investment, while applications for next year's $25.5 million funding will open in fall 2024.
