Dean is celebrating his eleventh year with CA Group! ?? ?????????is a Senior Project Manager at CA Group’s Reno office, where he specializes in design and management of transportation projects, from interstate highways to urban arterials, taking advantage of context sensitive solutions and multimodal users to develop complete street facilities. Dean has also been instrumental in Quality Management for several projects. Over the course of his career, Dean has contributed to several key projects, including I-11 Design-Build Project, Pyramid McCarran Intersection Capacity Project, the US 95 Centennial Bowl Project and the Virginia Street BRT Extension. Outside of work, Dean enjoys motorcycle riding, including small local trips to as a quiet therapy and to enjoy Nevada’s scenery. He is also looking to take up blacksmithing. Sonya and Marshall are both celebrating their second year with CA Group! ?? ???????????is a GIS Specialist at CA Group’s Las Vegas office and provides data mapping and analysis for a variety of company projects. Over the course of her tenure, Sonya has contributed to several key projects, including the I-15 Central Corridor NEPA work and other transportation projects in Northern Nevada. Outside of work, Sonya enjoys travel, photography, and birdwatching. She is also passionate about land and resource conservation and wildlife education and volunteers with the Nevada Department of Wildlife and other local non-profit organizations that provide outlets for people to engage with the outdoors. ?? ?? ?? ?? ???????????????? is an Engineering Intern at CA Group's Las Vegas office. He specializes in using MicroStation for drainage and roadway design as well as surveying. Outside of work, Marshall enjoys reading books, watching movies, playing golf, and playing music. On February 18th, 2025, the 1.25-million-gallon steel water tank was lifted in less than two hours - a process initially planned to take eight hours! ?? Scott is a Senior Designer and a Construction Administration Inspector for CA Group’s Reno office. With 34 years of experience, his expertise lies in designing traffic signals, roadway and freeway lighting, and intelligent transportation systems. Scott has contributed to notable projects by providing design for the Truckee Meadows Phase 4 ITS and the I-11 Boulder City Bypass (Phase 2) and construction administration for the Sutro Street and Enterprise Road Reconstruction Project. Outside of work, Scott likes to spend his time golfing and camping.
