Dunn Law Firm, PLLC, Founding Partner Laura Dunn, J.D.,'s national Title IX practice, which has tirelessly advanced victims’ rights in campus, criminal, and civil systems across the country for the last five years. Dunn will join C.A. Goldberg, PLLC’s legal team in an “Of Counsel” capacity. ? Over the past ten years, we’ve become a national innovator in victims’ rights by holding the tech industry liable for harms stemming from their defective products. Our roots in protecting students dates back to a series of Title IX cases against the New York City Department of Education for wrongfully disciplining Black girls who reported campus sexual misconduct. These 2016 cases led to city-wide and national reforms, record-breaking monetary damages, and White House meetings in partnership with Laura Dunn while she led the national nonprofit SurvJustice. ? With this acquisition, and in combining our forces with Dunn, we will continue our fight in fixing anti-victim systems and stopping horrors from happening to others.? ?
