In honor of #EmployeeAppreciationDay, we are spotlighting two of our hardworking employees, Rob D. and Isidro M.! Over his 25-year tenure at C-2, Rob has taken on a variety of roles, including drop crew laborer, drop crew operator, drill operator, and currently, drill foreman. Throughout his career, he has earned the respect of several field managers, who consistently describe him as flexible, reliable, independent, loyal, and hardworking. Rob has an impeccable driving safety record, exemplifying his commitment to safety. Isidro M. has been a part of the C-2 Utility team since 2007. He began his career as a laborer and, due to his commitment to excellence, earned promotions to BSW Bore Operator and ultimately to a foreman. Isidro consistently adheres to company policies regarding occupational safety and health, whether he's in the yard, operating a company vehicle, or working on a jobsite. He exemplifies leadership in every aspect of his role and consistently demonstrates our core values of safety, quality, and production. He trains new employees and ensures that everyone on his site understands and complies with safety standards. Congratulations, Rob and Isidro!
