Which of these items would you be happy to snag at a conference and then go home and actually use? Or if you have any unique ideas, please share! Lip balm Electronic gadget (charging cables, power bank, etc.) Screen cleaner/screen wipes Beverage containers (reusable water bottles, mugs, cups, etc.) Edible treats (mints, chocolate, etc.) Other Now, if you want to start a petition against kid's goodie bags and Valentine's plastic, tell me where to sign!

My kiddo woke up sick this morning, and we have a flight in less than 24 hours. I didn't have to think about who to call to help us navigate the situation. Our pediatrician's number is saved in my phone, and because he is a current patient, he will be seen before noon. Does your bid team know who to call when someone on the team is suddenly taken out with the flu or a family emergency? Sometimes we forget to notice the skills we are learning outside of the office and/or the classroom. My child was recently struggling playing on two different basketball teams because the coaches had conflicting strategies. We talked, and she approached both coaches and discussed the situation, and they set clear expectations for each team. What a great foundation for her future career! https://lnkd.in/eWTcpZZz

Let's talk about outsourcing coming to the rescue. This dear sweet pup, who loves nothing more than stealing goldfish from the pantry, was NOT a good hostess to her dog cousins. Our family wouldn't have survived the weekend having to keep 3 dogs separated at all times (there was actual blood drawn). Outsourcing to the rescue! Fortunately our local boarder had room for (in my biased opinion) this innocent pup, and we were able to rescue the holiday! (Note to self, see if we can board some of the human kids next time.) If your proposal team is feeling like an overwhelmed family weekend, BZ is here to rescue you!
