#Mindfulness is the capacity of being aware. It is a nonjudgmental #awareness of all that is happening inside us and around us. It helps us be fully present in the here and now, which is the foundation of #happiness. With mindfulness we can enjoy the present moment, the only moment of life available to us. Mindfulness increases concentration, which allows us to see things more deeply and clearly, and we stop being victims of wrong #perceptions. We create less suffering for ourselves and for other people. We begin to taste the joy of living and know how to help others to enjoy their daily lives, too.
