The position formulates partnerships across human resource functions to deliver value-added service to management and candidates that reflect the business leaders is key to deliver organizational performance through excellent people management, great working environment and the recruitment and retention of talent. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS ? Acts as a strategic partner to organizational leadership by developing recruitment programs and policies that align with the company's vision, values and direction, supporting long-term business objectives. ? Oversees recruitment initiatives for hourly workforce and leads the development of transportation, Visa and re-entry programs. ? Builds and maintains strong, proactive relationships with leaders to understand business needs and operational labor challenges, providing tailored recruitment and solutions. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES ? Demonstrated leadership skills in partnering with corporate leaders, proactively addressing HR related concerns and responding with urgency to organizational needs. ? Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment. ?
