We were inspired this morning after attending the 'Keeping the Momentum: Transforming Work Culture for the AI Era' panel at Fortune Most Powerful Women 2024, hosted by Insigniam. Shideh Sedgh Bina, Founding Partner, Insigniam, Rashmi Badwe, Chief Operating Officer, TIAA, Robin Gordon, Former Chief Data and Analytics Officer, MetLife, and Aashna Kircher, Group General Manager, CHRO Products, Workday, led a dynamic discussion on how AI is reshaping the workforce.
