Last week, our Production Manager, Joe Mooney, traveled across the country to inspect and approve our latest game-changing equipment addition—the FRANKLIN BUS BAR FABRICATOR with HI-SPEED SHEAR and PUNCH COMBINATION! This powerhouse machine is a long-anticipated upgrade to the Butcher Power operations, and we are beyond excited about the incredible impact it will have on our capacity and production speed. From streamlining fabrication processes to increasing efficiency, the Franklin will be a key player in driving our manufacturing capabilities to the next level. What This Means for Our Production: HEAVY-DUTY COLD SAW – Mounted at the system’s exit, this saw will make precision cuts based on CNC-programmed lengths. MULTI-AXIS CNC CONTROL SYSTEM – Combining a personal computer (PC) and an industrial controller for a highly reliable, automated punching operation. INFEED CONVEYOR – Handling up to 12-foot stock lengths with a servo-driven carriage for accurate positioning. OUTFEED CONVEYOR – Fully equipped with push-off devices to efficiently remove finished parts. VACUUM-TYPE CNC GANTRY SYSTEM – A fully automated retrieval/loading system for seamless material handling. The future arrives MONDAY!
