关于我们
The Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity charter is based on Gov. Cox's commitment to economic opportunity statewide. The mandate for this office is to provide rich business resources for the creation, growth, and recruitment of companies to Utah and increase tourism and film production in the state. The Go Utah office accomplishes this mission by administering programs based around industries or "economic clusters" that demonstrate the best potential for development. The office utilizes state resources and private sector contracts to fulfill its mission.

GOEO's Office of Regulatory Relief administers a general regulatory sandbox that temporarily waives state law to allow businesses to experiment with products, production methods, or services. Therefore, our office strongly supports the Enhanced Regulatory Flexibility Assessment Act, H.R. 9032, introduced by U.S. Representative Celeste Maloy, which would improve the Regulatory Flexibility Act to protect small businesses from undue regulatory burdens. https://lnkd.in/gpJB-X4F
