Change can be intimidating for some, but coaching is all about embracing it. Being coachable means being open, honest, and willing to examine what's working—and what isn't—in your business. Embrace a mindset of change and growth. It's the path to transformation and greater success.

What are some qualities we look for in our coaching clients? If somebody comes to us, one thing we look for is coachability — Are you coachable? Sometimes, we pretend we're looking for help when we just want someone to validate us. We're not open to feedback from somebody else. — This is not coachability. Coaching is about being open to new possibilities. It's being ready to co-create together with your coaches.
-
Are you ready for coaching? Do you have goals that aren't progressing as quickly as you'd like? That's a strong indicator that you're ready for a coach. Sometimes, you know what you want but lack a clear roadmap. Remember, coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you find that direction. Now is the time to invest in yourself and become a stronger leader. I recommend joining the Business Growth Academy to elevate your personal growth, business, and leadership skills.

How do you know when you're ready for a coach? With almost 20 years in the coaching industry, I'm passionate about the impact coaching can have. Everyone can benefit from objective feedback and mindset challenges. But the reality is not everyone is open to outside help. So, I invite you to stay open to new possibilities, embrace a growth mindset, and take your business to the next level.

When was the last time you sat down with your partner? There will be moments when one person feels triggered or even jealous, especially as you begin to earn more. So, what can you do? The key is open communication. Share what’s happening in your business, discuss what you’re learning, and give your other half the patience and grace to understand your world. Be intentional with these conversations, and notice how it transforms your relationship dynamics.

Part of being a team means that your visions are aligned. It's essential to nurture and invest in your relationship, appreciate each other, and not take things for granted. Take the time to sit down and discuss what you both want in life. What goals do you want to achieve together? What values and priorities matter most to each of you? Grow your business based on a shared perspective!

We are always better together! Being supportive of one another helped us in our marriage over the years. We always ask how we can create something even better. My partner Robert and I often tell ourselves: "We are a team!" Overcoming your fears and trusting your partner will allow you to grow your business more.
-
Do you find yourself blaming your partner for not getting ahead? I've seen this pattern before—blame can keep us stuck. The truth is, it's rarely about just one person. When we shift responsibility onto others, we disempower ourselves, giving away the control we need to move forward. Be mindful and take ownership of your actions, have a conversation, and trust your partner.

Can money magnify strains in relationships? Statistically, finances are one of the primary reasons cited for divorce. When there's a conflict with your partner, money can act as a magnifier, intensifying areas that may already need attention. Over the years, I've seen many women hold themselves back out of fear of disempowering their partners. Remember, you're a team, and together, you can navigate and thrive through these changes, especially as you begin to earn more.
