KPIs or, key performance indicators, are particular metrics that you track and follow in your business. KPIs are a lot like the ole' chore list you may have had growing up as a kid. Chore List 1. Take the trash out. 2. Fold the laundry. 3. Wash the dishes. At the end of the day, your parent(s) would come home and ask "Did you do these three things?" and you would have to answer yes, or no. Key performance indicators are so very much like this, something you track over a period of time, daily, monthly, weekly, yearly, to discover patterns or trends that can otherwise inform your performance, how to pivot, or get better.
