This weekend, the Business Beyond Borders Exec team spent time in Baltimore with Burmese students (apart of the Zotung Organization of Maryland), guiding them through resume building. We talked about why a resume matters, what goes into it, and how it can help tell their unique story. It was more than just a workshop- it was about helping them see their potential and giving them the confidence to take that step toward their dreams. Business Beyond Borders - UMD works actively to bridge these disparities and gaps in order to create a future where quality education isn't a privilege but a promise.
