On December 30, 2016, the assets of B-T were acquired by TP ICAP.

They include eight of the top eleven Media Intelligence, PR & Social Media Monitoring companies. Many are key players in the Credit, Fraud, Risk and Compliance industry. Some are global exchange groups, influential government organizations, important regulatory bodies around the world, and dozens are the most active private equity and investment companies.
