Employee Spotlight: Hailey Ronconi Hailey's journey from a young snowboarder in New York to her current role as our Global Partnerships and Sponsorship Strategist is one of resilience, leadership, and a commitment to creating a more inclusive snowboard community. Through her work at Burton and as co-founder of Park Affair with fellow Burton Employee Mercedes Ortega, Hailey drives inclusivity and empowerment for women and non-binary snowboarders, helping build a more diverse and welcoming community in the sport. A huge congrats to Burton Employee and Paralympian Ben Tudhope on taking home his first Golden Duck Tape at this year's Legendary Mt. Baker Banked Slalom in the Para category. Can't wait to see that in the office.?
