Last week, we broke ground on the Austin Hills Commerce Center in partnership with Principal Asset Management. This large, multi-phase project spans 134 acres and will feature over 1.35 million square feet of industrial space. We're incredibly proud of this development and thankful for the warm welcome from the Austin community. The Austin Hills Commerce Center stands out for its impressive size and distinctive design. It will include six Class-A buildings, ranging from 63,000 square feet to 682,000 square feet. All buildings are LEED certified and offer efficient dimensions, up to 40’ clear heights, ample trailer parking, and great access to Hwy 130.?These buildings are designed to accommodate tenants of all sizes in the market with exceptional location.
