Teamwork makes the dream work! ? On Friday, July 19th, we gathered at the Cambria Park n Fly hotel in Minneapolis for an unforgettable team retreat. Our day began with a delicious breakfast and an inspiring general session with Tim Gabrielson, who taught us to turn life’s “lemons” into lemonade through positive thinking. ???? We then dived into breakout sessions, exploring exciting new features like our e-documents (already saving 3 trees!), enhancing customer engagement, and maximizing efficiency for us and our clients. ???? As the evening rolled in, we boarded the Minneapolis Queen riverboat, thanks to Delta Air Lines and Delta Vacations for cocktails and dinner. It was a beautiful night of camaraderie, laughter, and breathtaking views along the river. ???? Despite the morning’s global outage and our offices being closed for training, we remained dedicated to assisting our clients and making the most of our time together.
