Verify insurance mapping: Ensure all insurers are mapped correctly, separating managed care and non-managed care. ? Update tracking: Access MCE portals now to track managed care member months and reduce year-end stress. ? Review revenue tracking: Start tallying retroactive payments, pay-for-performance, and quality income received in 2024. ? Check financial workflows: Confirm contractual adjustments and secondary insurer reclassifications are accurate. Helpful Resources: ??
