Meet our Executive Office Administrator and 34-time marathon runner, Caroline Merena! Caroline recently joined the Burnham team and provides valuable operational support at Burnham, leveraging over 20 years of experience in customer service and business operations. Prior to Burnham, Caroline served as Business Operations Manager at the Women’s Leadership Forum and worked as a Patient Care Coordinator and Coach at Arctic Integrative Health & Wellness. She holds bachelor’s degrees in English Literature and French from The State University of New York at Fredonia and studied at Université Grenoble Alpes. An avid runner, Caroline has completed 34 marathons, including the Abbott World Marathon Majors. She brings the same energy, dedication, and goal-oriented mindset to ensuring seamless and efficient company functions at Burnham.
