Life is the sum of Thoughts, Dreams and Actions

Our life is very short, but the story of our life is very long. Life is the sum of thoughts, dreams and actions. Every thought, every dream affects our life. Man can be as beautiful as his hopes and as big as his faith. A self-soul exists in everyone's heart. It speaks and we listen to its words while we are self-absorbed. If we act according to what it says, we can succeed in life and do great things. Because there I or you are completely alone. Being well requires the use of positive thinking in the mind. Positive thinking helps people feel good. The authors of the study noted that positivism and optimism benefit people at work and help them succeed through difficult times. A clear glass is half filled with water. How do you explain the glass? The glass is half full of water, or half empty. Hidden in this small explanation is whether we see life and surrounding events positively or negatively.

If someone asks - how are you? In answer we say - I am good or I am not very good etc. Yet for the sake of words we have to say them. Staying good or bad cannot be physically defined. But one thing is true - being good means living life good. But behind this being good - the application of people's thinking power is very important. Because if we don't have the courage to go with what we have in our life, we can't be good in any way, and so some hopes will remain in our lives as longings. There are many things that can be hoped or expected. But all things don’t come to us as expected. For this, we need to change our thinking power. We all have certain beliefs about ourselves. It includes one's own life and perception of the world. Our own beliefs are sometimes wrong or negative and sometimes right or positive. Therefore, we can evaluate ourselves with the power of thinking. The more advanced the thought, the more prosperous it is. Every man thinks more or less well, and consciously or unconsciously also thinks badly; Although most don’t want to admit to having bad thoughts. Positive thoughts lead people to Positive, and Negative thoughts lead people to Negative. Good thinking is a prerequisite for good action. Good work cannot be expected from bad or negative thoughts. The formula in Positive thoughts & ideas beget positive results and negative thoughts beget negative results is eternal and equally applicable to all people.

The source of thought is the storehouse of information in the human brain; The accumulation of information begins with the mother's thoughts, hearing, and speaking while still in the womb. In fact, since birth, this treasure is filled; much like a computer. The output that the computer gives us depends on the data that we input into the computer. It cannot give any output beyond our installed data and software. Similarly, the type and quality of human thinking depends on the data installation in the brain and the structure and nature of the brain. If there is good or positive data input in the brain, the thought pattern will be good or positive, and if the data is bad or negative, the thought or action will be negative or bad.

The brain is the simplest and stupid of all our bodies - it operates as we command it. Whatever positive or negative information is sent to the brain, the brain creates such waves and reflects them in the body. When we send new information to the brain, new communication pathways are formed between neurons in the brain. When we keep sending the same positive message over and over again, the brain's working structure changes and the brain creates a new reality based on the information.

Certain factors act as barriers to positive thinking, such as underestimating one's qualities. Thinking of “I may not be able to do something in my life" doesn't guide a person to better thing. On the other hand, due to arrogance, a perfectionist often leads to negative thoughts. Because, they want to think of others as themselves. It also increases negative thoughts.

In order to increase positive thinking, it is necessary to develop positive habits.
