Construction is cruising along on this incredible 4,000 square foot home, and we're thrilled to share some of the innovative features being built in! Wrapped in Comfort: A Sleeping Bag for Your Home Imagine your entire home cozied up in a thick layer of insulation, just like a toasty sleeping bag on a camping trip. That's the concept behind the continuous insulation we're installing. This creates a super-efficient thermal envelope that will keep your energy bills low and your interior ultra-comfortable year-round. Smart Design Meets Metal Roofing For the roof, we're incorporating a clever and cost-effective technique using diagonal sleepers. This reduces the amount of materials needed while still guaranteeing proper drainage and airflow beneath the metal panels. It's a win-win for both your wallet and the roof's longevity!
