Our valued partnership and longtime collaboration with Development Solutions, Inc. is on full display with the unveiling of our newly redesigned downtown offices at 330 North Wabash! We are so pleased with the stunning updates to our space. #ChicagoConstruction #LawFirm
We have worked alongside Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella for over 20 years, supporting their growth through multiple renovations and expansion projects. It’s an honor to now share this latest milestone—their new 49,561-square-foot office at 330 N Wabash Ave in Chicago, built by DSI. This thoughtfully designed space fosters collaboration and productivity for their nearly 70 attorneys. The layout blends privacy and connection, with 70% private offices, open communal areas, and state-of-the-art conference spaces. Unique design elements, such as recycled felt acoustic baffles, continuous glass office fronts, and a striking wood-and-steel staircase, elevate the workspace both functionally and aesthetically. The incorporation of WELL Building standards further highlights the firm’s commitment to health, sustainability, and inclusivity. Since moving in, their team has experienced enhanced collaboration and stronger workplace connections, with communal areas becoming vibrant hubs of activity. Congratulations to our friends at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella. We are proud of this project and thankful for our relationship.
