The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, in collaboration with American Express, has introduced the Small Business Hurricane Recovery Grant Program to assist small businesses affected by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. The initiative will offer $5 million in funding, providing $5,000 grants to 1,000 qualifying small businesses in the Southeast, aimed at supporting their recovery and enhancing their resilience against future disasters.
