Jasmine also holds an LL.M. from China University of Political Science and Law. Her diverse educational journey reflects her commitment to mastering both U.S. and international law. Jasmine has a diverse background in litigation, cross-border transactions, and corporate legal matters. She developed her expertise through internships at top law firms and roles in corporate legal departments. Most recently, she has conducted depositions, represented clients in mediations, and successfully negotiated settlements as a litigation attorney. Fluent in Mandarin and English, Jasmine is especially skilled in navigating complex legal landscapes for business clients. We had a blast at our annual Halloween Party with friends and family! Our team brought their loved ones in for festivities that included music, food (plus candy, of course), dancing, and a costume contest. Please join us in congratulating Caleb Osigian, the newest member of our firm, on passing the Texas bar exam. He joins Burke Bogdanowicz PLLC as an associate attorney. “We are incredibly proud of Caleb,” says firm co-founder Robert Bogdanowicz. “We were lucky to have him spend both his summers during law school with us as a summer associate. He demonstrated an innate ability to solve problems and craft creative solutions for our clients’ most difficult problems, so we knew he’d be the perfect fit here after graduation. That said, the bar exam is no joke, so you never can really say what any one person’s result will be; but deep down, I’ll be honest—I knew he was going to do it.” Caleb is a proud Longhorn, having graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then earned his Juris Doctor with honors from The University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he also served as a Note & Comment Editor for the Oklahoma Law Review.
