The Offshore Infrastructure Dashboard is an innovative and dynamic tool that helps operators and environmental stakeholders make collaborative decisions about the Rigs-to-Reefs program, fostering stewardship and responsible management of offshore energy platforms. Over the last decade, about 200 platforms were decommissioned annually in the Gulf of Mexico. Rigs-to-Reefs is a viable option for operators with platforms meeting environmental and structural requirements of BSEE and acceptance criteria of State artificial reef programs.?

BSEE published a final rule in the Federal Register today that requires operators to post a surety bond to cover the amount of a civil penalty assessment before they file an appeal. This prevents operators from using appeals solely to delay penalty payment. See the final rule here: https://ow.ly/bYSX50U7hV6

On the 11th day, of the 11th month, at the 11th hour in 1918, World War I came to an end. The day, originally known as Armistice Day and later known as Veterans Day, was one born from the acknowledgment of the debt owed to those who have served our country and appreciation for the freedoms we enjoy every day.? Fewer than 10 % of Americans can claim the title of veteran. Far less than 1% of our population is currently serving on active duty. Their willingness to support and defend the Constitution of the United States, swear their lives to protect our nation against all enemies foreign and domestic, and bear true faith and allegiance to the same is a testament to the will and determination of our citizens and worthy of the highest acknowledgment and support.?? Thank you for your service!?
