We recently had the pleasure of joining MERCY HOUSING MOUNTAIN PLAINS for their Grand Re-Opening of Clare Gardens in Denver Colorado. We would like to thank Mercy Housing Mountain Plains' President Shelly Marquez, Kassidi Boening VP of Asset Management and Gary Truitt of Cornerstone Construction Management and Consulting for their amazing partnership. We'd also like to acknowledge all of the Subcontractors and trade partners that helped make this Renovation Project a success. The scope included the full renovation of 128 Interior Resident Units, Exterior Siding, Vinyl Windows, French Patio Doors, Appliances, Plumbing Fixtures, Water Heaters, Mechanical Units, Paint, Site Drainage, Tot Lot and Parking Lot Improvements over the course of two years.

Eden Housing, Inc. had over 500 employees from the Development and Facilities groups from across California. The networking and learning opportunities were invaluable.
