150,274 pounds… Pictured is a 42” x 60” L-Path Chain Conveyor that will be handling cold raw soybean flakes. The conveyor had a rated capacity of 250 MTPH. The flakes will be conveyed horizontally for 8’, followed by a 115’ incline at 50 degrees for an overall rise of 88’. This conveyor featured a 3/8” AR 400 bottom and divider plate, a ?” 304SS upper/side panels and a 3/8” 304SS head and tail. The 10.000” headshaft turned dual-strands of WH-157XHD chain with ?” HOT UHMW flights. The bottom plate was 3/8” AR 400, the side panel was ?” AR 400 and the head/tail/covers were ?” Mild Steel. A 6.500” headshaft turned a strand of WH-132 chain. The drive consisted on a 50 HP Siemens XP 100 motor powering a Falk 2100 FZ3 reducer.
