A Community Driving the Sustainable and Regenerative Design, Construction, and Operation of the Built Environment.

关于我们

Built Environment Plus is a membership-based nonprofit driving the sustainable and regenerative design, construction, and operation of the built environment in Massachusetts and beyond. We provide green building education, networking, advocacy, and leadership opportunities for a mighty community of sustainable building practitioners. We foster collaboration, innovation, and market transformation by connecting the leaders in the field with key stakeholders and supporting emerging leaders to take their practice to the next level. Through regular roundtables and annual premier events, we provide compelling platforms that highlight the incredible progress in greening the real estate sector and address critical obstacles to building green effectively. Our robust training program meets the needs of a fast-shifting industry while leveraging workforce training grants to skill up an eager and growing workforce. Over 1,000 practitioners have participated in our trainings. Over 600 people participate as members & active volunteers, and over 15,000 people subscribe to our various communication lists. BE+ is a USGBC Community, and is home to the New England Living Future Collaborative and the BE+ Emerging Professionals.
