We are excited to share that Superior Construction Services has been featured in HOUZZ's article "New This Week: 10 Laundry Rooms Full of Fresh Ideas"! Our project "Island Breeze," located on Bald Head Island, North Carolina, is a testament to our commitment to creating beautiful and functional spaces. In this feature, the spotlight is on a specific aspect of the laundry room in a newly built coastal-style home. The collaboration between Amy Tyndall Design and architect Peter Quinn, along with our builder Daniel Steinkoler, has resulted in a space that beautifully integrates with the home's overall aesthetic. The laundry room is designed with a cohesive palette of soft, beach-y greens and blues, and natural materials. Special attention has been given to the details: custom maple cabinets painted in gray-blue (Van Courtland Blue by Benjamin Moore), a polished nickel pendant light, chrome-and-clear cabinet handles, and a stylish faucet. The patterned floor tiles add a unique flair, while the floating shelf above the washer-dryer serves as both a functional and decorative element, showcasing the client's artwork and treasures. This feature underscores our belief that every room in a home, including utility spaces like the laundry room, should be warm, pretty, and functional. We're proud to have our work recognized and hope it inspires others in their home design projects.
