Southeast VC Q4 2024 Updates: The region's venture landscape showed distinct patterns across states and sectors. North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, and Florida each doubled their funding year-over-year, with NC leading at 202% growth. Deal highlights include Aiwyn's $113M Series B in Charlotte and Document Crunch's $21.5M raise in Atlanta. AI and SaaS investments led regional focus, comprising nearly half of the deals in Q4 '24 New funds emerged, with Socium Ventures ($300M) and Charlotte Fund ($60M) launching to support regional growth.
