The Gillespie Garden renovation in Cordele, GA has finally been completed! This project restored four existing historic buildings originally constructed between 1925 and 1937 and added one new 3-story building to provide low-income housing opportunities. The four existing structures provide a total of 17 units, and the new construction includes 36 units. Building One provided the PCR, PCA, and monthly construction monitoring for this deal.

As 2024 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on the impact of community. This year, our small team donated nearly 100 hours of time, plus much needed material to two incredible organizations: Denver Parks and Recreation and Hope Communities. At Barnum Park, we partnered with Denver Parks and Recreation to clean up trash and waste, ensuring a welcoming space for everyone to enjoy. For Hope Communities, we helped reorganize and build shelving for their youth development programming and donated supplies for their youth program room to inspire growth and learning. We’re humbled to contribute to the communities where we live and work. The Rowhomes at Greyhound Park are almost complete! These 68 new townhomes are part of the Greyhound Park redevelopment located in Commerce City, Colorado. Each of the units offer 4-bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Building One provided the pre-construction plan review and monthly construction monitoring.
