Join BE-Ex and the Building Innovation Hub on November 7th for the first event in our Future of Multifamily webinar series - Positioning Condos and Co-ops for Success in DC and NYC! Compliance with building performance standards (BPS) in DC and New York City are already underway, and co-ops and condos face unique challenges when meeting such laws. This webinar will help condo and co-op boards, property and portfolio managers, owners, service providers, and developers strategize short- and long-term actions that will position themselves for success with building performance regulations. Our expert panelists will provide an overview of the current BPS landscape in both cities and explain how condos and co-ops are preparing for compliance. After brief presentations from real case studies in NYC and DC, participants will hear from service providers and condo board members in a moderated discussion. Free RSVP (November 7, 9 - 10:30 am EST, online): https://lnkd.in/edMwHuk8 This webinar is a part of an ongoing series hosted by the Building Performance Partnership, a partnership between BE-Ex and the Institute for Market Transformation that supports the rapid expansion of local Hubs that accelerate measurable, equitable, and sustainable action to improve buildings across the U.S. Learn more about the Building Performance Partnership & get involved at https://lnkd.in/e832Mm8R
