As we celebrate 60 years of serving contract cleaning companies, let's press rewind and share the founding story of BSCAI! In March of 1965, more than 60 charter members traveled to Washington, D.C., for the first Annual Meeting, officially forming the National Association of Building Service Contractors. This organization would eventually evolve into the Building Service Contractors Association International. Since that time, the building service contracting industry has grown and changed rapidly. Over the past 60 years, BSCAI has been dedicated to the advancement and growth of contract cleaning companies, representing a worldwide network of more than 1,000 member companies from across the United States and 15 countries worldwide.
