On a recent visit to Chester and the future location of the new Seneca Healthcare District hospital, Donna Huntingdale, P.E. and Lisa Lazalier were able to walk the building site as well as stop by this beautiful Mount Lassen overlook with Project Team member James Willsie of HGA and Working Genius Consultant Justin Studebaker, M.A. As the Owner's Rep for Seneca Healthcare District, Building Rx couldn't be more excited to see construction on this much-needed rural hospital begin.

We had a fantastic kick-off event last week in Chester with the Seneca Healthcare District new hospital build project team, led by Working Genius facilitator, Justin Studebaker, M.A.. Much was learned by all in attendance about our individual working styles and how we can use our different strengths to maximize how effectively we work together. Goals were set, processes were brainstormed, and we left full of excitement to keep moving forward!

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager, working from home and from jobsites in Northern California as required. We love participating in the Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sacramento #WomenBuild event every year with Roxana Cheah at the helm of our Sacramento Regional Builders Exchange team, kicking off Women in Construction Week (and Women's History Month!). It was a wonderful day working with great women for an important cause!

We were thrilled to participate in a fun event on Thursday at the annual celebration for The Alliance Defending the Cause of Kids and Families, reporting the impacts of their donors' contributions throughout the year!
