We often get asked what role Building Rx plays in the projects we're involved in, so in today's "Getting to Know Building Rx," we'll answer just that! Each project's needs are different, especially in different industry sectors, and our goal is to learn the needs of the specific project and client and to offer the appropriate management solution. We have a menu of services that we offer our clients, and in our experience, healthcare clients are more likely to order the "full menu" to include full support and leadership for the project from inception to close-out, whereas affordable housing clients are typically interested in obtaining our support starting in Design Development, specifically as construction experts in the Construction Manager role. However, we are skilled at managing everything from pre-planning through closeout, inclusive of managing entitlements, managing funding, consultant and contractor selection/contracting/invoicing, budget and schedule development and management, and more, and we tailor each proposal to meet the specific needs of our clients.
