    Last month, our team rolled out our upgraded productivity training for a client who mentioned they spend a LOT of time in meetings and answering emails. Think 20 hours +. This got us thinking about how to work through that common workplace wrinkle. Based on that friction point, we noticed this was due to a lack of… Anticipation. Anticipating our clients' or colleagues' needs can help save time on our daily, weekly, or monthly tasks. Here are three examples to get the ball rolling:? 1?? Before clicking "send" on that email, anticipate the receiver's response and include the necessary information in the initial email to get ahead of it. 2?? Before adding another meeting to your team's calendar, anticipate what information people will ask and prep an agenda that answers those questions. 3?? Before heading to your work site, anticipate any issues that will occur on-site that day or week and create an action plan to course correct. #TeamBuilding #SkillsGap #SoftSkills

So, let’s say, as a family-first organization, you offer your employees family-friendly benefits like a flexible work schedule. Now, think of the norm. This is what your people would say about your organization when you're not in the room. ?? The idea is to make all these principles–your claim, infrastructure, and norm–equal. So you’re not just claiming that your organization is a people-first organization, but your efforts are truly building up your people.
