We are thrilled to share that the Building Leaders Initiative's first major fundraiser, Goals4Good, was an incredible success! With perfect weather, amazing tunes courtesy of the band Tuesday People, and an incredible turnout, we not only hit our fundraising goal but exceeded expectations. The Building Leaders Initiative (BLI) is a committee of the Housing Industry Foundation’s (HIF) Board of Directors. The BLI provides educational, networking, and career growth events to create connections and learning opportunities for emerging real estate professionals. The BLI also gives back to our communities by providing financial support to HIF and its homeless prevention programs. The Housing Industry Foundation’s mission is to help individuals and families remain in or return to stable housing through its Homeless Prevention Programs, which include emergency assistance grants, shelter renovations, and affordable housing initiatives. Through these programs, HIF helps keep over 500 families housed each year!
