Some of my favorite work involves collaborating with great educators to "get in the weeds" and make sure that the lofty visions we hold are actually happening day to day in our schools and across systems. While I value autonomy, I also value coherence. At the beginning of November, we had the joy of bringing 16 incredible educators from across the Building 21 Network to the 2024 Aurora Institute Symposium in New Orleans. This transformative event showcased the power of personalized, competency-based learning and created space for innovation, collaboration, and inspiration.
