FDC is excited to announce our partnership with Tailwind Group, Inc. for the renovation and expansion of their legacy student housing campus The Landing at College Station. This project consists of 6 new housing buildings, 4 new ancillary and amenities buildings as well as a significant infrastructure upgrade package for the whole campus. These 10 buildings total over 170KSF of new construction. Our team has been hard at work since this past march and looks forward to delivering this project for the Texas A&M University Fall 25' Semester. Turning dirt times two! In the last few weeks FDC celebrated with great repeat client Sunshine Pediatric Day Centers, development partner Blue Drake Capital, and state and local officials as we broke ground on their next two locations in Desoto and San Antonio. Sunshine Pediatric Day Centers is an operator of PPECC's (Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Centers). These THHS licensed facilities function similarly to skilled nursing facilities and provide daily care for medically complex children who cannot attend a traditional School or Day Care setting. These facilities feature Physical, Speech and Cognitive therapy as well as multiple types of full time nursing/medical care. FDC serves as the design-builder on these projects and assists in all aspects of site selection, design, preconstruction and construction.
