FDC recently completed the renovation of Richter Animal Hospital & Royal Pet Resort and Spa located in Arlington TX. This was a comprehensive phased renovation of this two story Veterinary Surgical Hospital that touched all facets of the building including the lobby, exam rooms, imaging suite, Operating Rooms, Pharmacy, Lab and Animal Holding, Recovery, Staging and exterior play areas. FDC is excited to announce our partnership with Tailwind Group, Inc. for the renovation and expansion of their legacy student housing campus The Landing at College Station. This project consists of 6 new housing buildings, 4 new ancillary and amenities buildings as well as a significant infrastructure upgrade package for the whole campus. These 10 buildings total over 170KSF of new construction. Our team has been hard at work since this past march and looks forward to delivering this project for the Texas A&M University Fall 25' Semester. Today the FDC team celebrates our Founder Frank Dale as we wish him well on his retirement. Since founding FDC in 1997 Frank has been instrumental to our companies success.
