This past week FDC celebrated with our long term client Sunshine Pediatric Day Centers and development partner Blue Drake Capital as we broke ground on their new facility in McKinney TX. This marks our 7th project with Sunshine and we are very grateful for their continued trust in FDC as they expand their capacity to care for medically complex children across the state and beyond. FDC recently completed the renovation of Richter Animal Hospital & Royal Pet Resort and Spa located in Arlington TX. This was a comprehensive phased renovation of this two story Veterinary Surgical Hospital that touched all facets of the building including the lobby, exam rooms, imaging suite, Operating Rooms, Pharmacy, Lab and Animal Holding, Recovery, Staging and exterior play areas. FDC is excited to announce our partnership with Tailwind Group, Inc. for the renovation and expansion of their legacy student housing campus The Landing at College Station. This project consists of 6 new housing buildings, 4 new ancillary and amenities buildings as well as a significant infrastructure upgrade package for the whole campus. These 10 buildings total over 170KSF of new construction. Our team has been hard at work since this past march and looks forward to delivering this project for the Texas A&M University Fall 25' Semester.
