?? Progress Update ?? Builders United is making great strides on the CSN Historic Westside Education & Training Center! Over the past few months, we’ve been hard at work excavating trenches for the sewer lateral, setting structural footings, pouring concrete, and installing CMU blocks for the stem wall—all to prepare for the upcoming slab-on-grade pour. With embedded beams in place and metal deck deliveries underway, this 16,590 SF project is rapidly taking shape. But this center is more than just a building—it’s a beacon of opportunity for the community. Once completed, it will offer cutting-edge training in healthcare, advanced manufacturing, IT, and trades, empowering individuals with valuable skills for today’s workforce.
