Supplying Capital and Leveraging Education (SCALE) The City of Boston and?BDC Community Capital Corporation are currently accepting applications for the Supplying Capital and Leveraging Education (SCALE) program. SCALE is a technical assistance program designed for small businesses in specific industries:?Construction (GC and Trades), Design & architectural services, Food and dining services, and Snow removal and landscaping. SCALE is designed to build businesses’ capacity to more effectively pursue government contracts, and to supplement operational capacity to allow the business owner or lead to fully participate in the technical assistance programming and operationalize business plans created with help from technical assistance providers.
