Build to Suit provides a "design build" approach to construction that speeds the delivery of projects, ensures quality and minimizes cost. We hand-select the architect that will best fit the customer's needs. In turn, we solicit engineers and subcontractors, who do their design in conjunction with the architect for a common goal. With customer input, we manage every step of design, while monitoring cost and schedule. Once construction begins, we manage progress, quality and final delivery, including close-out documents, commissioning and a one year warranty.

Mercy is pleased to announce the completion of renovations to its downtown Emergency Room waiting area. The waiting area has reopened to patients. This project, made possible by a generous, $1 million donation from a Cedar Rapids family, reflects a shared commitment to enhancing patient care and comfort. The newly renovated space is designed to create a more efficient, secure, and welcoming environment for patients, families and staff. Key enhancements include: expanded seating, safety improvements, modernized aesthetics and local art installations. “We are grateful for the support of this generous couple,” said Dr. Timothy Quinn, president and CEO of Mercy Medical Center. “Their contribution has allowed us to create a space that is not only more functional, but also more inviting and secure for those we serve. This modernized space underscores our commitment to exceptional patient care.” During construction, an adjacent space served as a temporary waiting area, ensuring uninterrupted emergency care. The ER remained fully operational throughout the renovation process. Thank you to everyone who helped bring this project to fruition!

#GivingBack - Recently the BTS team volunteered at the Cedar Valley Habitat for Humanity ReStore assisting with various tasks as the center works to reorganize its warehouse. This brand-new facility, located in The Plex neighborhood near Iron Tee and across from the TBK Sports Complex is set to be a game-changer for local and visiting athletes alike. While we’re always proud to deliver for our clients, what’s even more exciting is what this facility will bring to the community—welcoming athletes and families from across the region and driving economic growth for Bettendorf.
