#FeelGoodFriday. When a guest needed help, the team at Hampton Inn & Suites Buffalo Downtown stepped up! Quick on her feet, Karen Monaco called 911 and grabbed a bottle of orange juice to provide the guest in need who was going into insulin shock. While the guest was admitted to the hospital, the staff agreed to watch over his adorable dog, Trevor, for a few days. Safe to say he was well loved and cared for by the entire staff.
