Founded in 2011, we're Houston's Most Creative Brewery. We subscribe to our own definitions regarding brewing parameters and guidelines, without sacrificing flavor or consistency. While we're focused on quality and creativity, our mission goes beyond an innovative product. Buffalo Bayou Brewing Company pays tribute to deeply traditional roots. We channel the history and tenacity of a city forged by inventors, tinkerers, and people not afraid of a little hot weather. Located within miles of the Houston skyline, right in the Arts District and Sawyer Yards, our brewery stands behind the Houston population, partnering and working towards creating a better community. Combining cutting-edge technology and technique with wildly sourced flavors, our innovative offerings create new narratives for how we think about beer. From grain to glass, BuffBrew tells a story that invokes traditional and balanced flavor symmetry in our “Heritage Series,” as well as revolutionary and radical palates in our “Secessionist Series,” that break all the rules and alter the beer landscape.
