No matter the position, the level of technical experience, language barrier or simply resistance to modern technology, Mike meets every Team Member he interacts with at their level – always displaying kindness, attentiveness and most importantly, respect. Please join us in congratulating Bridget Rowland for earning March’s Buesing’s Best! Bridget joined Buesing’s Crushing / Recycling Team in March 2023 and quickly proved herself to be an asset to the Team. Last month, Bridget was publicly recognized on social media for “…being one of the kindest scale house attendants encountered!” We are grateful for all Bridget continues to contribute – always maintaining a professional and friendly attitude. She is a rock star in the world of scale houses and recycling facilities. Way to represent, Bridget! Congratulations on joining the ranks of Buesing’s Best!

We are pleased to announce the February Buesing’s Best recipient – Danny Triplett! Danny joined Team Buesing as a member of the Shoring / Shotcrete Team in October 2019. Currently performing as a Nozzleman, Danny has a reputation of being hard working and good at what he does. He is a Team player and jumps in to lend a hand wherever needed. From placing shotcrete to drilling and welding, his diversity and work product is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your efforts, Danny, and congratulations on joining the ranks of Buesing’s Best!

Forgive the late announcement! Henri Ojalehto was awarded January’s Buesing’s Best earlier this month. As part of excavation and grading operations, Henri has demonstrated an incredible work ethic since joining Team Buesing in January 2024. He is an excellent team player and is committed to getting the work done. Henry strives to put his best foot forward and puts in the hard work each and every day. He grasps the knowledge of things in a timely manner and performs his tasks efficiently. Congratulations, Henri! “Simply the Best”!

Though the original announcement was made at Buesing's Christmas Party a few weeks ago, please join us in officially congratulating Gabriel Lechuga as December’s Buesing’s Best! Gabriel is a long tenured crewmember of the crushing / recycling group. While he can operate equipment like the feed loader and excavator/muncher, he is our primary crushing operator. In that capacity, he performs all the crusher startup inspections and startup activities, starts the crushing system, and stays close by to run it, adjust, and promptly shuts it down if needed. He also performs all the necessary routine and heavy duty maintenance activities to keep the crusher operating. Gabriel is a steady crew member that the group can count on every day. Gabriel performs all of his crushing and maintenance tasks safely and efficiently. While Gabriel could be viewed as a quiet person, he demonstrations his skills and knowledge by example, he remains diligent to safely crush for production as part of a 4 to 6 person crew, and is always a “team first” employee. He is knowledgeable enough that if he sees something needs to be done, he’ll do it, and then other times he'll do what is asked of him by supervisors without hesitation. We are fortunate to have a hardworking and reliable employee like Gabriel on Team Buesing! Thank you and congratulations Gabriel!

As we near the conclusion of 2024, Buesing Corp is pleased to present November's Buesing's Best, William "Wild Bill" Newell! Affectionately known to his friends and coworkers as “Wild Bill”, Bill’s steadfast team spirit, ever-present safety mindedness, and friendly demeanor made this an easy choice. Bill is always eager to teach and mentor and is known to be one of the finest equipment operators in the business. We are indeed fortunate that he decided to hang his (hard) hat with Buesing! Congratulations Bill, and thank you for all you do to keep Buesing the BEST!
