"Having joined Budderfly and Customer Care in 2022, Dan has quickly ascended the ranks through hard work and dedication. Currently, as Team Supervisor, he oversees the day-to-day operations of our call center while providing mentorship to his direct reports and support to our internal parties. Dan’s peers describe him as; approachable, committed, appreciative, resourceful, and motivational. We are extremely proud to have a member on the team such as Dan and we wish him nothing but continued success during his tenure with Budderfly!"

Today concludes our Customer Service Week celebration. As I sit back and reflect on this week’s events, I can’t help but feel humbled and honored to be part of such a talented group of individuals. Each one of our Care Specialists gives selflessly to our customers and internal parties. Nights, weekends, holidays, you name it, they are making themselves available. Mother Nature put our folks to the test earlier this year with an “Artic Blast” followed by one of the hottest Summers on record, nationwide. Our Care Specialists rose to the occasion and continue to do so, manning the phones and CRM systems to ensure timely responses for our customers. While this is very much a common business practice for us, the extra effort was and is very much appreciated. It’s only fitting that this year’s theme so happens to be #AboveandBeyond. For Budderfly this is not just a week’s theme, but one that we embody 365 days of the year. We make it our main objective, companywide, to strive for a notable first-call resolution rate and our Care Specialists play an integral part in that business initiative. To the entire Customer Care team, THANK YOU! You are valued beyond belief and I’m happy to be working alongside you all, towards a brighter and sustainable future for our customers.
